This is a very definitive statement from you. Can you cite proof that they are NOT short directly or indirectly? I cannot give you proof that they ARE short. Until someone comes up with substantiation, I think that Fairways has brought up a legitimate topic to discuss. It is legally possible (though not ethical) that management could be indirectly short the stock. And, IMHO, management has exhibited themselves as being somewhat beyond the "legitimate highwaymen" monicker that Bob has so colorfully characterized.

The short interest numbers come out on December 26th for the period ending December 15th. I think that the numbers will be interesting. Interesting-huge, that is.
