I think the Nasdaq is very suspect of this company from occurances in the past and they want to make sure that their recent press release and claims can be substantiated with a viable product. This stock has burned many shareholders in the past has probably done so to new shareholders this week with it popping to as high as $13 on Thursday and collapsing to $8 on Friday.
