I don't know whose PE you're looking at but here are a few: CSCO 26, SUNW 21, VZ 11, WCOM 11, IBM 22, ORCL 26, etc.
Priced like value stocks now. What's so over-valued about these? They are the giants you want to own going forward as soon as we bust out of this tech recession. Post me back in a year and see which ones have doubled. Every one will probably be at least 50% higher. Now bad when a money market only pays 4%. But go ahead and short them if you like. More fuel to the fire.
