He has served the people well throughout a long career. This minor tax transgression pales in comparison with all the scoundrels walking around free and enjoying their bonuses. You're comparing his tax payment failures with unprosecuted criminal activity of others; false comparison, but I wouldn't want them as my HHS Secretary either. No one is suggesting that Daschle be prosecuted while guys like Madoff or Thain walk. jpg
