Boris: that sounds like alot of BS..Why wood anyone pay anything for GDC in its current state ?? This garbage has been losing money for years..with overpaid CEO's i wish i had never bought this garbage back..it will prob wind up just like Gandf (Chp 11) or headed there like Madge (which i unloaded) in there current money losing state they would be lucky to fetch $9 a share ..very similar situation to Xcom who would have gone Chp 11 but got bought out for book value which is about what GDC is worth.
