Not exactly. In the marketplace that they compete, which is really Anti-Virus, McAfee surpassed Symantec months ago. If you have access to the Ingram Micro Best Sellers list you will see that McAfee's VirusScan has been the #1 selling utility product at Ingram for months. For the month of June, McAfee outsold Symantec at Ingram by 50%! Now THAT is impressive!
