As a matter of fact today before coming to SI I did visit SGR.I was not impressed.The headline read TQT:Agreement signed with distributors in the Phillipines.After clicking on the headline I was brought to TQT's homepage and there was no mention of any agreement.One bright spot is that the volume seems to have picked up lately with some small increases in share value.
