Readers,

I am a former ABE shareholder and have followed this thread just out of interest. My investment in this company back in the fall of 1996 turned out to be a disaster for myself and many friends and family. We sold, sorry most of us sold and moved on.

For those of you who post I find most of your comments most interesting. Anyone who has owned this stock has probably lost money at least on paper. Most of those who own this stock have probably talked to the IR department or one of the officers of the company. I know several people including myself who have talked to this company. The result each time since day one has been absolute hype, promotion and lies, lies upon lies, upon lies. There will be those who disagree but that's okay. On the flip side many will agree. I do not need to elaborate as many who have owned shares for a period of time know exactly what I am talking about.

The mistake that many spec investors make is that they get to emotional and attached to a stock, mainly because they have lost a significant amount of their original investment. As I read this thread I can recognize this scenario.

The odds are that at some point in time this stock may have a run, it may be a very good run at that. I will ask this question. What price do most of you need to break even on this stock? $1.00, $2.00, $3.00 or more.....right. This game that we play has no rules, or so it seems, when it comes to company ethics. The management of this company has absolutely Zero ethics. They now have a poor reputation in the spec game.

Unfortunately once we have lost a significant amount of our investment in a stock we seem to feel obligated to stick around for the "Big rebound". In most cases in never comes soon enough or at all. Have a look at this situation and ask yourself "Are there better plays out there that are for real or should I cross all my extremities and hope that Maris or Marr is telling me the truth and there will be news out some time in the near future.

One last point before I start to catch shots from all the faithful. Ask yourself another pertaining to the spec mining industry and its experts. Where and when has anyone ever witnessed an expert put out a sell recommendation on a stock that trades at $0.12. I really question Mr. Kaisers ethics as well and this reflects on the whole industry. I will never participate in the spec mining sector again. The worst part about this situation is that there are hundreds more just like it.
