Holly, I used to smoke a pack a day, thirteen years ago I successfully quit cold Turkey. FWIW I'll tell you how. I bought a new car, had it three day's. While I was getting out of the car, cigerette in hand, the end of my cigerette butt caught the top of the car door and fell onto my seat and burned a hole! I was SO pissed at myself that I grabbed the carton of cigeretes out of the glove box and proceeded to smash them into the ground! Never had a cigerette since :-) After a year and a half I figured it was safe to try an occasional cigar. Talk about religion, now that is a religios experience :-) Michael
