Sure it's easier to bash than to actually do some DD. Most of your issues have already been addressed child, and the ones that aren't are simply undetermined yet. Most if not all of your issues can be resolved by the company Is it to be strip mine or are they going to drill? Are you a little confused still? Mixing up your coal, oil and gas? Clue - strip mining is for coal. Drilling is for oil and gas. The company will exploit minerals in the most cost effective way. There are many ways to exploit coal, but I'm sure you know this. What kind of transportation infrastructure needs to get built to carry out the minerals? Though some properties might need some infrastructure, some you just might be able to drive right off the road. The existing infrastrucure in WV to deliver coal, oil and natural gas has existed for decades. The rest of your post is laughable!!!!!<eom>
