He told Israel to back off. They didn't.
Most people recognized that as mere words to satisfy the handwringers.

Did we cut off any military aid to Israel? Nope.

Did we allow the UN resolution for an immediate ceasefire to pass? Nope, Brandon vetoed the shit out of that.

There were many ways that Brandon could have forced Israel to back off, but he didn't.
Any deal Biden comes up with will be too soft.
He's not coming up with any deals. That's all between Hamas and Net-N-Yahoo.

As for whether any deal will be "too soft" or not, from my perspective all I care about is returning the hostages. We already bombed the shit out of Gaza. Nothing more we can do there. The Bakhmutization of Gaza is already complete.
