I think the music playing in the background is "St Teresa". I know it is at least one of the songs from Joan Osborne's album, "Relish".

I looked at your link for Celine Dion. I didn't recognize any of the song titles at a glance. I tracked down the link JP provided (finally, #13569) and looked at Fiona Apple's album "Tidal", but didn't find the song I was looking for, but "Criminal" is one song I do like.

Following are some of the lyrics I gleaned from a recording I have taken from the radio. Maybe you or someone might recognize them. Probably try to get good ol' trusty JP to help me out here if no one recognizes them.
