Hi ti all on thread,

In the spirit of being contrarian to the dog like price action of late - I'm going bullish on SBSE.

Take a quick look at the following chart:

stockcharts.com

Note every time that price has approached the declining SAR boxes we've had a nice pop.

Not a major pop, but a run up to near 11.00 anyhow.

Note also that this is the first runup that will not have to breakout over the 200 ma its already over it (on a day trade range) and just less than a quarter from the 50.

Monday, the markets are closed and Tuesday SBSE announces earnings.

Ahmanson sells 270,000 shares and if you believe in a Wall Street good ole boy club - well then price will miraculously pop.

Chris hjas poured his pail of cold water from others with in the sector doing poorly and it is good input.

Having listened to the past webcasts for this year SBSE has said their year will be back half loaded and next Q is Q3 for this comapnies out of sinc fiscal year.

My bet is we get a good /better forward guidance and better quote activity and order backlog pitch.

That's enough to get it going - witness Mary Puma's order activity discussion at the Needham growth conference.

She stated orders were up over 85% from the last quarter and the stock popped up nicely into the 5 from the lowly fours.

Bottom line quiet straight line price action is boring and most investors don't have the patience for it.

It is the suign of accumulation.Later stages of final accumulation have false starts which gives the emotion of this dog can't get out of its shadow.

That's where we are now and we're not far off from a pop to a higher level of consolidation.

When whoever is providing supply @ 11.00 decides to stop we'll get back to the 13-15 range again.

This quiet do nothing is really pretty in my contrarian world:

Let's all keep our fingers crossed!
