I have said previously that LGND should be moving toward neuroscience applications of their technologies. John Groome (former Board Member of GLYC and former President & CEO of Athena Neurosciences) is on LGND's board and movement in that direction would not surprise me (and I am sure that Alzheimer's disease, treated with SERMs, is at or near the top of LGND's list of future targets).
