SLMsoft.com Signs CDN$6 Million Contract With Compass Bank for Savings

TORONTO, Oct. 5 /CNW/ - SLMsoft.com, Inc. (TSE: ESP.a, ESP.b), a
leading global provider of electronic financial transaction solutions for the
e-commerce market, is pleased to announce that it has signed a three-year,
CDN$6 million contract with Compass Bank for Savings (the Bank) in the United
States for outsourced image/item processing services.
Under the terms of the contract, SLMsoft.com will provide outsourcing
services to the Bank that will help the Bank improve its operational
efficiency and customer service. SLMsoft.com's sales backlog will grow by
CDN$6 million to be recognized over three years, and is renewable thereafter.
