I haven't tested it.

I bought some erythritol a while back after it was discussed on this thread. I have used little of it. Before I bought it I did some research and found a recommendation to get it powdered rather than granulated. I couldn't find the powdered so I got the granulated only to discover that it doesn't dissolve well, which is why I still have almost all of what I bought. I use liquid sucralose almost exclusively.

More recently I noticed that Dr. Davis recommended it for smoothies.

Everything I know about it is promising, BG wise, but, no, I have not personally tested it. I guess I could make some tea and see what happens. If I remember to do that some morning before I have eaten, that is.
