Bankrupt investors do not sue.

As to corruption, without a corrupt (in the eye of the beholder) and
morally bankrupt adminstration this environmentally and socially
immoral project would not be allowed to proceed no matter how
much gold is there.

It is ironic that we who protest loudly - Not in my backyard, will
feel that we have the bought and paid for right to tear up
someone else's yard without even a Howdy Do.
