This is what I'm suspecting why the bank facility discussion is taking so long and missing deadline after deadline. It shouldn't and yet it is.... why?

I suspect the CEO is not concerned over the stock price being beaten. If fact, it may be to his benefit to keep the stock price low because he is waiting for his options to be awarded at a low price. I read somewhere, this is the game that CEOs play in the first year. Once he gets his options, he'll pay more attention to the stock price.
