Questions: Auditing Issues: Who is the current auditor (if there is one)? Why did the previous one resign. Also, since apparently AZNT had made the decision to change auditors prior to the resignation, what was AZNT's reason for wishing to change auditors? When will the overdue financials for 1997 be produced? Promoters: Are any individuals or organizations being compensated for promoting AZNT? If so, who are they and what is the nature and amount of their compensation? What, if anything, was the relationship between AZNT and Zapara and/or Alexis? Does AZNT believe Zapara is going to jail and, if so, for what reason?
