I'm still hanging around.....and it looks as though ANYI has just agreed to buy a real company.

This "inform worldwide" deal is interesting. I have been doing some DD this morning.

Inform Worldwide has been around since 1993.....and they seem to have a neat list of clients......Power companies and gas companies, mostly. some of them are major players.

They integrate a software program that deals with customer service, I think.

They are a "partner" ......reselling a software package produced by "Smallworld"....I think this may be their deal....reselling and training in "Smallworld" applications.

If you go to this site.....and click on "partners".....then scroll down to "Inform Worldwide".......you can get lots more information. The "partner" list is very impressive. (see link below)

I guess I don't know how they will come up with the $12 million.......stock, I would think.....But I can see the benefit to ANYI. Lots of heads. Working the "Anyreminders into Smallworld would be huge?

And I'm also thinking that this might give the company the scope and depth to go for the Nasdaq small cap listing....or a listing on the AMEX.

I believe you will find that Inform Worldwide has revenues.

I'll keep working on it....but I like what I'm finding...so far.
