 Anything Internet Corp. Names Larry Arnold CEO
 
 DENVER, May 8, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) --  Anything Internet Corporation
 (OTCBB:ANYI) a publicly held e-service company, has named Larry G. Arnold as
 Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
 
 Prior to this, Mr. Arnold was the President and Chief Operating Officer of the
 company. William Kroske, the former CEO, has left to pursue personal interests.

 Recently Anything Internet Corp. signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Inform
 Worldwide Inc. of Englewood, Colo. Inform is a leader in the development of
 business applications that combine geography and the Internet. With the
 convergence of Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) and Global Positioning
 Systems (GPS), along with the Internet, the combined companies will address a
 market that many estimate to be in the billions of dollars per year. The initial
 focus will include real time vehicle tracking and personal emergency systems for
 both military and commercial applications.
 
 Prior to joining Anything Internet Corp., Mr. Arnold was President and CEO of
 Glitch Master Marketing Inc. since 1990 and was CEO and Chairman of the Board of
 Online Power Supply since July 29, 1996, when the two companies merged. Under
 his stewardship, OPWR grew from a $21 million market capitalization to $400
 million. Mr. Arnold is currently a Director of Hillsboro State Bank, Hillsboro,
 Kansas, a post he has held for six years.
