Only 37% of Americans approve of the way Trump is handling the economy:

Americans sour on Trump's handling of the economy, Reuters/Ipsos poll finds (Reuters)

Funny thing is, though, that 42% of Americans still approve of Trump's overall job performance.

Part of that is due to his police-state actions on immigration, which is getting 45% approval ratings.

But without the economy to save his ass, Trump has nowhere to go but into the dustbin of failed presidencies.
