Ted hasn't every diplomatic effort been tried and failed? Its been 11 years since the cease fire, 4 years since the last inspector left Iraq. How many more years does Saddam get? Tim, I'm sorry but I am still not clear what happened in 1998. I have heard so many versions, I can't comment. However, war is hell, and for that reason alone every effort should be made to avoid it, the hawks not withstanding in their eagerness. Its not surprising that so many of these hawks have never been to war. ted
