Parker: I didn't see a 16:02 trade, so I can't comment. But I got a broadcast fax this evening from Scott L., so he had his fax machine working getting the announcement sent around. He generally phones Dow Jones after he sends out the faxes. I faxed NBR just after the close hoping they'd run the TAVA gain as a theme with their Y2K interview, but no luck again. We'll get there. As for you question about my newsletter, information is at tomorrowcast.com
