Great! The r. Peter/Henry duel has spilled into the SIBI thread. You're clearly to blame, Mike (I'll say "grinning" rather than provide a happy face, despised by Peter et al.).

Mike..... Neurocrine, together with Lilly, Novartis and Aurora, licensed the transcription reporter assays from SIBI. They licensed the technology for a given target only, and thus the "tickle down" comment was not appropriate given existing agreements. It just sounded like Rigel/NBIX might need the reporter system. It's a stretch, and the comment was only a tickle.
