Protecting existing shareholders' interest

Hi,

All existing shareholders of AETTQ are invited to call or email
Mr. Allan Stomel, an U.S. attorney who is trying to form a committee
of existing shareholders and will represent them in negotiation with
the AETTQ's management and existing debtors during the reorganization
process.

Mr. Allan Stomel wrote: "My phone is 310 8376455, fax is 310 8377411,
e mail is stomel@ix.netcom.com. It would be a good idea to get an
equity committee formed. I see that the exclusivity period has been
extended once already. At this point, it is not a good idea to wait
any longer."
