True, cash position has been a worrisome detail for this one, but I really don't see a cash insolvency or "lights out". They may only be a distributor but that's like saying a captain is only an officer. Fact is they do have significant (in some regards exclusive) rights to a lot of the titles they distribute and I doubt this is going to change anytime soon. They have also begun to build a larger distribution base but of course I could only be whistling in the dark. This is now definately a time will tell stock but a bankruptcy is very unlikely.
