But would you buy Xylan or Ciena? I just happened to note the 40% decline in the last few days. Is the announcement that Worldcom is scaling to jit inventory that big? (yes that was an earnest question) Can LU get their 4 Gbs equipment out buy the end of the year?

What else drove this normally high flying stock down?
