No...Bear Stearn's did not say that 3Com is eating Ascend's
lunch in RAS...at least not yet. 3Com _is_ increasing its
sales in RAS at a small expense to Ascend, but this is not the
cause of the Q3 shortfall. If Ascend continues to underperform
in sales, etc., then yes, a possible trend may set in such that
an actual meaningful loss of market shall will ensue.
