Ever think that the reason may have had to do with competition? If these Taiwanese companies each wanted more market share, they would simply make more products, and then hope they could outsell their competitor. Unfortunately for some of them, the motherboard market is turning out quite competitive. I don't even know if I could tell the difference any more between the quality of either of the top 4 or 5 manufacturers - they all make outstanding products these days. wbmw
