I was wondering the same thing, so I Googled it ...

New presidential rankings place Obama in top 10, Reagan and Trump below Biden (FOXNews, Feb. 18, 2024)

The rankings were done by a group calling themselves the "Presidential Greatness Project." They are clearly a left-leaning organization given that they ranked Obama at #7 and Brandon at #14. Even Carter was ranked #22 out of 45.
