Gary, in my opinion, your assessment is correct. Oil is fundamental to the whole thing --- but not the only thing. The "insoluble" Israel/Palestininian conflict is also a factor. hermes-press.com IMO, the only "terrorists" involved, or pirates if you prefer, are the US, Israeli and the UK administrations, or parts of them. I don't say the respective nations are involved because 911 plus subsequent events have so effectively terrorized and angered the American people, and also the suicide bombing in Israel, that the particular nations will obediently do as they are told. In my opinion, we are dealing with some of the most heinous crimes in history where the bad guys are actually masquerading as the saviours of the world while they plunder it.
