We seem to be AOK however....with it being a private placement and (thank goodness they did it when the stock is HIGH) with the really exciting things going on with GE, JAPAN, PHILIPS SUIT.....the monies will really help in the marketing and movement into the next phase of complete acceptance of AED's being everywhere!!!
