Not until they get a CEO that can get the resources to market first and can grab a large market share of the new technology. It is no secret why Cisco is such a success, Chambers finds out what his customers are going to be buying, and then goes out and buys a company that makes it. And it doesn't take him 18 months to ramp up production.
