Hmaly, come to think of it, I'm sure North Korea will be fine. Think about it:

- North Korea has the bomb.
- Iraq wants the bomb.
- North Korea wants oil.
- Iraq has oil.

A match made in heaven (or in this case, the other place). And of course, Dubya will be blamed for all of this by a bunch of kooks who can't come up with a better solution if they ever tried.
