I agree here ... and we are forming partnerships. But it's funny to me to watch the other companies out there. They seem to want to create alliances against Microsoft, but they are also not willing to truely form "partnerships". Many of the alliances pay a lot of lip service, but don't really open up to everyone involved.

There *is* change of thinking going on ... I know that it's not as fast as desired ... turning a battleship takes time (which I know "we don't have") but we're coming about! ;-)

I don't believe it is/was an engineering problem. I feel that it has been a fundamental misunderstanding of industry trends and happenings. We now have a leader who seems to "get it!"
