As you know you're in denial. Just as with your die cost calculations you always forget depreciation of combined unused or partially used fab space of all its fabs needs to be spread over sold cpu/flash/chipset dies. So from you're point of view rather hard for Intel to make a loss on any die sold, and of course from the parameters you use that is true. That viewpoint however could be positioned quite far into the Intel fanclub corner, as depreciation of unused or partially used fabs are real costs too, and those costs needs to be spread over the dies that are produced and sold.
