Talking about another industry, Buddy. I don't think anyone is defending them. In the software industry, they have earned their nickname over and over. Ask any Dilbert.

I do feel like investing in MSFT is like investing in tobacco companies and drug dealers. Strike that - their profit margins is a lot greater than drug dealers.
