I am sure you are right about COBT, but sheesh! The market needs to take a closer look at NTAP if it likes COBT. I have not seen the specs on COBT product, but it is based on a general purpose OS--Linux, thus it is probably not:

1. An appliance dedicated in its architecture to serving data.
2. Using a proprietary file layout designed for speed and reliability.
3. Simple in administration because all tasks are related ONLY to serving data to the network.
4. Mature with advanced clustering and remote backup capabilities.

And COBT can't possibly have the sales force and market penetration of NTAP.
