Network Engines Inc. Under terms of the agreement, TidalWire, the Network Engines distribution operation, will offer Alacritech's complete line of top-performing TCP Offload Engine (TOE) Network Interface Cards (TNICs) and iSCSI Host Bus Adapters (HBAs) to customers requiring highly efficient, cost-effective IP-based storage area network (SAN) solutions.
