For those who may be interested on speculation around Marg mPFS numbers in Sophia, MGNX presentation (11/11/2018) has note (slide 8) about 3/4L trastuzumab + chemo, mPFS of 3.3 months. So, MGNX hypothesis was 1.2 m Marg benefit in mPFS, which they got.

I am more interested in mDofR, ORR and overall disease control rate, as they may paint mOS picture in more rose color.
