I think that VTSS may simply have gone through a pullback rally from its recent decline. This may be a good exit point if you are long. I suspect that VTSS will have a great deal of trouble closing above 28 and in the long haul (4-8 weeks) could trade down to 12-14. This is based on technicals, specifically the head and shoulders top that capped its rise.

I am short on VTSS but this is not intended to inspire your selling of this stock. Just watch it and do not go to sleep on this one.
