Dman - no I am not surprised at anything XSNI does, however this price will not be sustainable if there is no information provided by manning soon, and it has GOT to be IPO on XSNI - not some spin off where if you own 10 shares of XSNI you can participate in pre-purchase of 1 share of XSTR for 26 bucks or some crap like that. volume is small compared to the number of shares available NOW and those other 17 million become available in a few days, transfer agent has the following:
Outstanding shares: 34,366,775
Stocks without restrictions - ie can be sold immediately: 15,123,604 Restricted: 19,243,171
what remains to find out is who owns the other 16 million shares and where are they now?
The transfer agent is not who you need to call at this time Dman; I just put the number in the post as it appeared on the certs, for your information only. You keep calling manning's office. There are two british firms looking at XSNI and manning, so hopefully we will be getting a PR pretty quickly or at least some news about xstream UK and their activities in the UK by someone. Also, Suntrader is over there and should be able to get a good idea of what is going on.
Regardless Dman - you stayed this long, may as well stay for the rest of the game. Soon as you see a momentum move - adjust your decisions accordingly. This is not an investment anymore, if ever, it is a game, I just don't like the odds :) Jacalyn |
