Chaz2, did you catch the ceo of unph on cnbc earlier this week? They discussed the impact of the JDS merger (which unph described as an acquisition) and the fact that, due to the accounting method they are using, the deal will, at least initially, appear to be dilutive. I'm over my head on this financial consideration (maybe someone can enlighten), but it would seem that there may be a chance to pick up some unph/jds at a bargain price before they show their strength in the earnings area. Any thoughts... Frank
