"<< Interesting...according to what I read EdF has all 58 plants in France and was totally owned by the French Gov't until 2004 and is now 85% owned by the French Gov't so I guess that means the French taxpayers pay for and own the Nuclear Plants. Which I guess that means that the French taxpayer subsidizes their Nuclear Energy, almost all of it. Is that called Socialism or just "whack job" liberalism? en.wikipedia.org
