Hello Bruce,

I personally appreciate everyone who has contributed to the book. I know it will be one of the best TA notebooks in print. I'm also grateful to all the guys who are going to present. I hope that they sent in their notes so they could be added to the book. Of course, I must also add thanks to Dave and Andy for all the organizing and Richard for taking on the work of the book.
