That is why price guarantees are necessary. The problem with price guarantees is that hating energy companies is a dogma to so some. It will take a true leader to overcome politics and false caricatures created in the name of politics. Alternately one could have a government corporation run the plants - but that would be an open invitation to a catastrophe. Bob
