Good question on the patent issue. I also have been following this one for a few years and hesitate simply because it is not being developed on the same scale as other drug / medical device cos. If it can't get the money to do the trials, I figured it was in trouble from the get go... tho it may not need as much as others. But, the patent issue is a good question and it would be nice to hear from someone who knows. regards
