Dear IMESers,
Well the saga continues. After speaking with several legal representatives, who reside in Ohio, I was under the impression that April 1 was a major deadline. As of today, I haven't heard or read of anything that occured on that date. For all of you that have contributed the $100 legal fee, you have much more faith than I do. I must see action and correspondence, mainly follow through, before I send the money. It is not the measely $100 that is the issue, but the way of going about trying to collect the money that is unprofessional.
This is par for the course for IMES. Promises made, but nothing kept.
If the trial was delayed or the shareholders lost, just come out and say. I have spoken with several people involved and they are just as much uninformed as I am.
