You don't. Because Turkey is AN ALLY who tortures its people. That's different from a hostile with oil reserves who tortures its people :-)

Four bombs have exploded in the southern Turkish city of Adana. They have caused no injuries but have shattered the windows of several shops and homes.

One of the bombs was planted on a side street behind the US Consulate, private television CNN-Turk reported.

Adana is a few miles from the air base of Incirlik, where 1,400 US soldiers are stationed.
